Have you ever explored Hadrian's Wall?
Shared Interest Foundation is holding a sponsored Walking Challenge on 31st July to raise vital funds for its training projects and to celebrate the Hadrian's Wall's recent achievement of Fairtrade status. We would love you to come along and support us. It's a 7.5 mile route beginning at Housesteads Roman Fort car park, walking past the iconic Sycamore Gap and Crag Lough, and following a dramatic section of the wall, complete with Milecastles and stunning views. The route is classed as strenuous so a reasonable level of fitness will be required. Why not bring a fair trade picnic to munch along the way, join us for a drink afterwards, and make a day of it!
