Cereals, fruit, juice and homemade bread to toast are available from the buffet, while tea, coffee and herbal infusions are served as required.

Cooked breakfast including bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms and an egg cooked to order (fried, scrambled, poached or boiled)
Cooked vegetarian breakfast including vegetarian sausage, tomato, mushrooms, fried potatoes and an egg cooked to order
Croissant / Pain au chocolat
Smoked trout and softly scrambled eggs on toast
Homemade bread filled with either:
Birdoswald organic cheese with homemade chutney Free-range egg mayonnaise and salad leaves Bessy Beck smoked trout, cucumber and horseradish Humous and roasted vegetables
And a homemade biscuit/ chocolate bar, piece of fruit, packet of crisps and a fruit drink
We serve a set menu at 7pm, which we design around the best available local and seasonal produce. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them. Evening meals should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A sample menu is shown below.
